• Activities: Go to the Market, take experience daily life of local people and cook local food

ITINERARY TOUR INTRODUCTION
Coming to our cooking class, guests have the opportunity to participate in cooking the Vietnamese traditional dishes and to enjoy what you have just cooked. Besides, you also take the car to go down Cam Thanh village. You have a chance to discover the tranquility of Cam Thanh nipapalm forest by bamboo basket boats.

MORNING COOKING CLASS TOUR
• 08:15 am: A tour guide picks you up at the lobby of your hotel.
• 08:45 am: Experience how to buy fresh ingredients in the Hoi An local market. Take the car to Cam Thanh village, then enjoy the fascinating scenery of the nipapalm forest by the bamboo basket boats. Come to our local restaurant, you start to participate in cooking the five local dishes.
Banana Salad, Hoi An Spring Roll, Banh Xeo, Pho, Fish In Clay Pot.
Moreover, the restaurant also prepares 3 more dishes for your meal: Sauteed Garlic Spinach, Steamed Rice and Dessert Fruit.
• 12:40pm: Finish the cooking class, drive back to your hotel and end the tour.

AFTERNOON COOKING CLASS TOUR
• 01:15pm: The tour guide picks you up at the lobby of your hotel.
Visit the Hoi An central market with the tour guide. Drive the car to the local restaurant. Our chef instructs you how to cook the five Vietnamese local dishes. After that, you enjoy your dishes what you have just cooked.
• 04:15pm: Take the bamboo basket boats, in order to explore the tranquillity of the nipapalm forest.
• 05:00pm: Take the car to your hotel.

    This tour is perfect for those who is looking for the relaxation and local fishing experience. Guests take a bamboo basket boat to go inside the nipapalm forest, the local fisherman teaches you how to catch fish with a traditional round net and catch small crabs in the forest.
    The tour guide picks you up at the lobby of your hotel. Then take the car to go to the Cam Thanh nipapalm forest. Paddle the bamboo basket boats to discover the Cam Thanh nipapalm forest. After that have lunch at the local restaurant.
    Drive the car back the hotel and end the tour.

      Really a great experience! Hien and her husband are really friendly and knowledgeable. We went to the local market, went on a boat trip, made a lantern and had a cooking class. Hien’s husband is a chef and it shows. He helped us prepare are fantastic meat! They adapted the ingredients to our diet wishes.
